Myrtle Beach South Golf Vacation's cancellation policy may vary from other Myrtle Beach Golf package providers. Please check our cancellation policies carefully to make sure you understand them.
After We Receive your Tee Times/Accommodation Request,
we will check availability for your courses,
tee times and accommodations as you requested.
Final course play days and times may be adjusted to get your best package.
We will notify you by fax/phone or email as to what is available for your approval.
When you Approve the package we will charge your credit card for the required deposit.
We accept Visa/MasterCard or check as long as it arrives to us and is cleared befor your arrival.
(a)Tee Times Only- $50 deposit per person - Balance due 30 days prior to first tee time.
(b) Accommodations required deposit is $50.00 per person. Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Your itinerary will be prepared as approved and faxed/mailed or emailed to you. Your golf vouchers/tickets
will be sent to you when balance is received.
Tee Time Changes/Cancellations
After you have approved your request and we have prepared your itinerary:
If any changes are made, a fee of $10.00 may be charged.
If cancelled, a fee of $25.00 per golfer is charged.
No changes can be made within 72 hours (per foursome) of your first confirmed tee time - Cancellations/No Shows are not refunded.
After We Receive your Accommodations Request,
we will check availability for your accommodations as you requested.
We will notify you by fax/phone/E-mail as to what is available for your approval.
When you Approve It, we will charge your credit card for the required deposit.
Visa/MasterCard/check is accepted, checks must be received and cleared before your arrival.
Required deposit for accommodations is $50.00 per person - Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Your itinerary will be prepared as approved and faxed/mailed or emailed to you.
Accommodations Changes/Cancellations
After we receive our approval and book your accommodations:
If any changes are made prior to 30 days (when balance is due), a fee of $10.00 may be charged. If cancelled from 30 to 21 days of arrival a one (1) night charge per person will made to your credit card.
If cancelled within 21 days of your arrival, please be aware you may be charged the entire accommodation amount and No Refund Issued.
